Noelle Valentine is a senior associate in the Litigation & Trial Practice Group, and concentrates on complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, and compliance program development and implementation. She has successfully represented clients before a variety of government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office, as well as in matters involving contract, unfair competition and intellectual property disputes. Noelle is admitted to practice in North Carolina state and federal courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
In 2005, Noelle received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Syracuse University, where she was a Fellows Scholar. While at Syracuse, Noelle clerked for the Honorable Fred J. Scullin, Chief Judge of the Northern District of New York, and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York. Noelle was a member of the Syracuse Law Review, recipient of the Robert M. Anderson Publication Award and the Law Review Editor’s Award, and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
Noelle has been named a “North Carolina Super Lawyer Rising Star” for three consecutive years. She currently serves as the Secretary for the American Bar Association’s Trial Practice Committee.
