He is experienced in handling transactions throughout the United States in mortgage financing and construction financing on behalf of lenders and borrowers, as well as workouts and restructuring of loans and mortgage loan participations. In addition, he also has experience in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of residential and commercial real estate.

- Represented a national bank in the origination of a $50 million mortgage loan secured by nine office buildings in Houston.
