Bob Driscoll's practice focuses on government and internal investigations and matters adverse to the federal government. Mr. Driscoll has represented corporations, governmental entities and individuals not only in judicial proceedings, but in matters investigated by executive branch agencies, including the DOJ, Commerce, HHS, Treasury, State, the SEC, the FDA and the DEA, and legislative branch bodies or committees of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Driscoll has also conducted domestic and international internal investigations for public and private companies.
While diverse in substance, the common thread in Mr. Driscoll's matters is that they are high stakes, are often high profile, and typically involve novel or complex issues of law and facts that require in-depth analysis from multiple perspectives. His experience ranges from export and FCPA matters, to FDA and DEA cases, to privacy and civil rights issues. He has represented clients in matters before the House and Senate Committees, in administrative litigation and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
