Sitso Bediako is an associate in the firm’s New York office, where he is a member of the Litigation & Trial Practice Group and the Securities Litigation Group. His practice is focused on commercial and securities litigation. Mr. Bediako has represented clients in both trial and appellate proceedings on a range of issues, including disputes over service contracts, personal guaranties, merger agreements and fiduciary duties.
Mr. Bediako received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. As a law student, he was a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael J. Davis, United States District Court, District of Minnesota. Mr. Bediako received a B.A. in biochemical sciences from Harvard University.
Mr. Bediako is admitted to practice in New York and Minnesota and is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the New York State Bar Association.
