Stephanie Chu is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Ms. Chu's practice includes all areas of intellectual property litigation and counseling, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation and enforcement.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Chu also advises clients regarding patentability and infringement. She is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has experience representing clients in reexamination and appeal proceedings.
Ms. Chu received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she served on the executive board of the Duke Bar Association and was a member of the Duke Law and Technology Review. She received undergraduate degrees in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Columbia University.
Ms. Chu currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (GAPABA), the International Patent Law & Practice Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), and the Intellectual Property Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Within the firm, she serves on the Hiring and Diversity Committees.
