Scott is a senior associate in the Atlanta office and a member of the Corporate Transactions & Securities Group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and technology transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance and strategic corporate matters. He represents public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, licensing and outsourcing, and strategic investments.
Scott received his J.D. degree in 2007 from Vanderbilt University, where he served as an editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, received the Chancellors Law Scholarship and served as president of the Law School Honor Council. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi, where he was awarded the Taylor Medal and the Wall Street Journal Award in Finance.
