William Hao is a senior associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Workouts & Reorganization Group. Mr. Hao represents both debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 cases throughout the United States.
Mr. Hao earned his J.D. and LL.M. in bankruptcy from St. John’s University in 2005 and 2007, respectively. He earned his B.A. in history from the University of Michigan in 2001. Mr. Hao is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
- Represented the official committee of unsecured creditors in the Chapter 11 cases of MSR Resort Golf Course LLC.
- Represented the official committees of unsecured creditors in the health care Chapter 11 cases of Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center, Cabrini Medical Center, Victory Memorial Hospital, CHA Hawaii LLC (Hawaii Medical Center), Forum Health, and North General Hospital.
