EXPERIENCE

Our experiences include ground-up development of new mixed-use projects as well as creating mechanisms to facilitate the separate ownership of project components originally developed as a single-owner project. These representations often involve public/private partnerships or public finance components. Complex easement and restrictive covenant schemes that incorporate smart growth and sustainable development concepts are often associated with these representations, including projects certified under the LEED (Leadership in Environmental and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System established by the U.S. Green Building Council.
