Dennis Connolly participated on the panel, "Avoidance Powers", on February 27, 9:00am - 10:00am, during this seminar hosted by the Norton Institutes on Bankruptcy Law, Inc. This panel reviewed the recent decisions relating to avoidance powers, including preferences and their exceptions. Emphasis was placed on ordinary course of business and new value defenses and recent cases considering the impact of §502(d) and §503(b)(9) in such litigations.
