Karl Geercken presented, "Art Appraisers as Experts and Their Compliance, or Lackof, with USPAP," 4:30pm-5:00pm, during this seminar sponsored by the Appraisers Association of America. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) is the predominant governing code of ethics used by professional appraisers to produce reports for tax and settlement purposes. Karl's panel addressed the following topics.
