Alston & Bird’s series on the repercussions of the financial crisis continued with a teleseminar on the regulatory reform legislation and consumer protection developments. Attendees heard from three Alston & Bird attorneys in the Financial Services and Products Group and the Litigation and Trial Practice Group including Frank Hirsch, Dwight Smith and Christina Young. The panelists addressed the following topics.
