Alston & Bird Ranked Fifth in 2012 BTI Client Service Survey

Alston & Bird is ranked fifth among all law firms in the BTI Consulting Group’s 2012 survey of law firm client service performance, the BTI Client Service A-Team. The firm continues its run among the best in the industry, appearing in the BTI Client Service 30, representing the top firms by score, for a seventh straight year. Clients recognized Alston & Bird for its high level of service, with one participant surveyed stating, “They know what we expect and know about our business.”
The BTI survey ranks law firms based on demonstrated excellence in client service, and is recognized as among the most accurate and reliable in the profession, exhibiting an independent and unbiased methodology. In addition, the survey assesses 17 specific characteristics that general counsel and c-level executives have identified as driving superior client relationships. Alston & Bird scored among the “Leaders of the Best” or the “Honor Roll of the Best” in all 17 categories.
