The survey ranks law firms based on demonstrated excellence in client service, and is recognized as among the most accurate and reliable in the profession, exhibiting an independent and unbiased methodology. In addition, the survey assesses 17 specific characteristics that general counsels and c-level executives have identified as driving superior client relationships. Alston and Bird scored among the “Best of the Best” or “Leaders of the Best” in 13 of those 17 categories.
