Mr. Sullivan is a constantly sought after resource for major financial institutions and middle-market lenders seeking advice in all general lending matters. He manages a team of originators and a swat team of loan workout and restructuring specialists bringing together the lending, litigation, corporate, tax, environmental, real estate and employment disciplines that any loan origination, workout or restructuring involves.

Mr. Sullivan routinely represents loan master and special servicers in connection with loan restructures and workouts on a national scale and provides loan portfolio maintenance advice, and is a leading expert on “Accepted Servicing Practices” on portfolios aggregating in excess of $100 billion.
