Scott O’Melia focuses his practice on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other complex commercial transactions. He also has extensive experience in securities, corporate governance and private equity matters.
Mr. O’Melia received his J.D. with high honors from the University of Florida in 1996. He received his B.A. from Ohio University in 1991.
