Stacey White is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group. She represents clients in a range of technologies, including computer software, wireless communications, semiconductors and high-voltage power equipment. She litigates matters involving competitors and patent assertion entities, as well as representing clients in strategic counseling regarding patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition matters.
She is a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee and has performed pro bono work for nonprofit organizations and volunteered with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
She graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy. Stacey clerked for The Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn of the Northern District of Texas. She obtained an M.S. in human computer engineering from DePaul University and a B.S. in computer science from Michigan State University. She is an associate in the Barbara M.G. Lynn American Inn of Court and was in the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court. Prior to law school, Stacey developed radio communications software for Motorola.
