Susan B. Molony

Associate


Susan Molony is an attorney in the firm’s Labor & Employment Group. She concentrates her practice on employment litigation and counseling, including compliance with state and federal equal employment and wage and hour laws, and advising on employment agreements and restrictive covenants. She has represented employers at the administrative level before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state/federal departments of labor, as well as in state and federal courts.

Susan received her J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2000, where she was managing editor of the Washington & Lee Law Review from 1999-2000. She received her B.S. in international relations, law and organization from Georgetown University in 1994. Susan is president elect of the board of directors of Loaves & Fishes.

  • Represents a worldwide transportation and logistics corporation in Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act and other employment discrimination litigation.
  • Serves as counsel to a rapidly growing technology company in managing disputes with employees.
  • Advises a mid-cap investment firm in training employees on anti-harassment and workplace issues and protections of confidential information.
