Thomas Cohen is a partner in the firm’s Environmental and Land Development Group. His practice focuses on land use, including the permitting and entitlement process, CEQA, Subdivision Map Act and land use litigation. He also has extensive real estate transaction experience including commercial leases, commercial/retail landlord/tenant relations and purchase agreements.

His experience includes entitlements for major retail centers, residential developments, master-planned communities, industrial facilities, office developments, sports and recreations centers, schools, community and cultural facilities, restaurants and automobile dealerships.

He earned his J.D. from the University of La Verne in 1992, and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1986.
