Tiffany Buxton is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice and Securities Litigation Groups. She represents clients in a range of complex commercial matters and litigation, including cases involving financial services, securities, real estate, employment and restrictive covenants, allegations of breach of fiduciary duties, and professional liability and malpractice, in proceedings in New York, bankruptcy court and the Delaware Court of Chancery. Ms. Buxton also represents clients in internal and government investigations and has extensive experience in e-discovery, as well as the collection and analysis of electronic data and information.
She is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and the federal district courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Buxton received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2002, where she was executive articles editor for the Journal of International Law and inducted into the Order of the Coif. Ms. Buxton was a recipient of The Clinical Legal Education Association award for excellence in clinical fieldwork, as well as awards for distinction in the areas of complex litigation and labor law.
