  • Review an clearance of print, broadcast and outdoor advertisements for copyright, trademark, right of publicity and false advertising related issues
  • Negotiation and drafting of talent agreements, copyright licenses, site licenses, master advertising contracts, sponsorship agreements and other complex marketing agreements and strategic alliances
