Andy Immerman will co-chair the Taxation of Business Transactions seminar on May 14-15, 2008.  Philip Cook will speak on a panel titled "Current Issues in Tax Controversy" on May 14, 3:45pm - 4:45pm.  Finally, Mary Benton will speak on a panel titled "Which States Are Allowed to Tax Your Business?" on May 15, 2:45pm - 3:45pm.

Alston & Bird LLP and KPMG LLP will co-chair the entire conference.  During the Southeast Business Tax Forum's two day seminar, attendees will be treated to timely planning ideas for both public and private businesses.  Our faculty consists of some of the most knowledgeable and experienced speakers from corporations, law firms, public accounting firms, financial institutions and government agencies.  This seminar is intended for corporate tax directors and managers, accountants and CPAs, attorneys, and other corporate executives looking for practical solutions to complex business taxation issues.
