Lisa Gilford, President-Elect of NAWL, delivered the opening remarks on Thursday, February 5, 9:00am - 9:15am, at this program hosted by the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) and sponsored by Alston & Bird LLP. Mary Gill served as program co-chair as well as moderated the panel "Cocktails on the Couch", 4:00pm - 5:30pm, which discussed women leaders in politics, philanthropy, business and the law. Marilyn Yager spoke on the panel "The First Hundred Days and Beyond: The Legal Landscape under the Obama Administration", 10:45am-11:45am, which discussed anticipated changes in policy and legislation in areas of healthcare, environmental, immigration, employment and litigation.
