Anne Tyler Hamby presented "Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans: Types of Plans and Qualification Requirements", 8:45am - 10:30am, during this seminar hosted by the Atlanta Chapter of the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network.  The Benefits Boot Camp was a unique learning opportunity created for HR Generalists, entry to mid-level benefits professionals and seasoned HR professionals looking to brush up on the basics.  Experienced benefits professionals led comprehensive discussions of four core benefit areas - retirement, health, welfare and executive.  Each topic was presented with an emphasis on “real world application” and all attendees took away a detailed compilation of related materials for continued reference.  Benefits Boot Camp provided an opportunity for companies to make meaningful and cost-effective investments in the education and training of their HR and benefits teams.
