Alston & Bird's series on the repercussions of the financial crisis continued with a special seminar on the Legacy Loans and Legacy Securities programs that Treasury announced on March 23. The seminar is designed, in part, to alert attendees to issues in the assets program that may warrant comments to the FDIC; the FDIC's deadline for such comments is April 10.
