Andrea Wolfman presented "Capacity Release," 11:30am - 12:10pm, during this conference hosted by the American Gas Association. Participants involved in U.S. natural gas markets must be aware of and comply with all relevant statutes, orders, rules and regulations that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) administers in order to avoid substantial civil penalties. This program focused on regulatory requirements established by FERC applicable to natural gas market participants, including gas trading rules, market manipulation, capacity release, market transparency and standards of conduct. In addition, presentations were given on natural gas market developments, climate change legislation and compliance planning.
