Augie Rakow was a featured speaker during this seminar sponsored by the Asia Law Society at the University of Michigan Law School. The symposium consisted of three panels composed of legal scholars and practitioners. Each panel surveyed the role of corporate social responsibility in three key areas. The panels were structured as follows:
