The presentation provided tips and real-world experience on how to plan for and defend government investigations or healthcare litigation from an IT perspective. The presenters also discussed the key steps a healthcare entity should take to prepare for the possibility that it will be subpoenaed and have to account for how its IT systems operate and how documents are preserved.
