Alston & Bird hosts monthly client seminars designed to provide current, relevant information about today’s legal issues. In May, the development of new, strengthened representations and warranties by the CRE Finance Council was addressed. Attendees learned about investor & issuer perspectives on some of the more controversial reps that will be finalized soon. Panelists included Annie George, John Doherty and Joe Forte of A&B. The CLE program was followed by a cocktail reception.
