The past several weeks have seen major developments related to the use of hydraulic fracturing in the U.S. for oil and gas development. Topics of discussion will include (1) EPA’s recently published Assessment of the Potential Impacts of Hydraulic Fracturing for Oil and Gas on Drinking Water Resources and (2) EPA’s recent proposal to cut methane emissions from the oil and gas sector.
