Alston & Bird’s Health & Welfare Benefits Practice hosted the next program on November 5, 2015. Alston & Bird’s Health Benefit Team updated recent HIPAA developments and OCR audit activity as well as recaped the steps employer plan sponsors should have undertaken to ensure compliance. They also addressed GINA and wellness programs and recent agency guidance and comments related to ACA reporting and other compliance issues.
Dan Taylor, Steven Mindy, Meredith Gage and Stacy Clark were the featured speakers during the program.
