When states pass chemical policies, it affects what's on store shelves. In spite of TSCA reform, states will be allowed to continue to have an active role in chemical regulation. This briefing will provide an advocacy update on chemical regulations with a focus on California, Washington, Vermont, Maine, New York and Oregon. It will also share top frequently asked questions on compliance that these states receive and will provide a new update of AAFA’s Prop 65 RSL.
