Maureen Gorsen was a speaker on the panel “California: The Wild, Wild West” at this seminar hosted by the Personal Care Products Council. The event featured some of the country's most prominent attorneys providing expert insight and analysis on a variety of topics.

Given the new Administration in Washington, all eyes are on California to advance social and environmental regulatory initiatives. Coupled with increasing attention from regulatory agencies, the legislature, and plaintiff attorneys, it is critically important to understand the nature and scope of the California landscape.
