Current regulatory, enforcement, and fiscal trends require compliance professionals to be more effective than ever. The Department of Justice, the HHS-OIG, and state agencies are focusing on compliance program effectiveness, and they have promulgated guidance on how they assess it. The success of an organization’s compliance program depends in large part on whether it is led by a qualified, empowered, and respected compliance officer. Join us for this 90-minute webinar featuring our attorneys discussing:
  • “The Twelve Compliance Cs” that are key attributes of effective compliance professionals
  • How to achieve compliance buy-in
  • Compliance as a competitive advantage
