Topic Description: As companies continue to increase their pass-through operations those operations face unique state tax issues including preferential tax treatment as compared to C Corporations; due process and nexus concerns. Those issues, as well as the implications of the recently enacted federal partnership audit rules and federal tax reform, will be discussed in this session.
