Scott Harty moderated a panel titled "Post-Reform Planning for International Operations of U.S. Companies" at this luncheon hosted by the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
This panel will examine current issues affecting the international operations of U.S. companies, including the new GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credit and participation exemption (section 245A) rules, and discuss planning strategies under the new rules.
