Jenny Kramer will be speaking during the session “White Collar Sentencing” at the 8th Annual West Coast White Collar Conference, hosted by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. The three-day conference will feature several hot-topic white collar practice issues and will explore emerging issues in international financial crimes enforcement, criminal antitrust, health care fraud, and how to defend asset forfeiture actions.
