Debbie Cazan, program chairperson and presenter, and Mike Mortorano will speak on the panel “Mediating & Arbitrating Claims” at this event hosted by The Seminar Group.The panelists will discuss selecting a mediator/arbitrator, AAA/ICC/JAMS rules, drafting dispute resolution provisions, attorneys’ fees and costs, joining third parties, and confirming or objecting to awards.
Attendees will have a unique opportunity to hear from attorneys and other professionals in the construction industry regarding the prosecution and defense of construction-related claims and bidding on and successfully performing government contract work.
