Every new position, professional relationship, networking interaction, change in responsibility, and even one-off contact has the potential to present LGBTQ+ individuals with the question of whether to disclose personal information. The reasons both in favor of or for refraining from doing so are many and complex – and influenced by colleagues and allies. We invite the greater in-house community, especially leaders, managers, colleagues, friends, and those facing these situations (meaning everyone!), to join us for this important collaborative dialogue.
