John Hickman and Dominic DeMatties will be speaking at the 16th annual Employee Benefits Law Update, sponsored by the Institute for Applied Management & Law. The seminar explores highly complex benefits challenges and provides techniques for managing and solving the problems, liabilities, and contradictions they can pose.
John will facilitate the first day of the conference, and Dominic will facilitate the second. The sessions will feature topics such as qualified plans, IRD DOL audits, HIPAA compliance, and wellness programs, among others.
