Tom Crocker Appointed to the President's Export Council Subcommittee on Encryption

Alston & Bird partner, Tom Crocker was recently appointed to the President's Export Council Subcommittee on Encryption. The Subcommittee serves as a senior-level advisory committee to the Department of Commerce, specifically the Bureau of Export Administration. The Subcommittee advises and counsels the Department on issues involving U.S. policy on encryption.
