ABA's Environmental Litigation Committee Newsletter Publishes Medical Monitoring Article by Skip Fulton and Dave Meezan

"Medical Monitoring -- Florida and West Virginia Weigh In; Louisiana Bows Out" is published in the latest ABA Environmental Litigation Committee Newsletter. Alston & Bird partner Skip Fulton and associate Dave Meezan co-authored the article, which discusses medical monitoring claims that seek "payment for, or reimbursement of, future medical expenses incurred for the early detection and treatment of disease or illness caused by a toxic exposure."

Mr. Fulton and Mr. Meezan both practice in the Firm's Environmental and Land Use group, and Mr. Fulton also is a member of the Products Liability Practice Team.
