Jack Cummings Asked to Serve on ABA Task Force on International Tax Reform

Jack Cummings, senior counsel in the Washington, D.C. and Raleigh offices, has been asked to serve on a newly formed ABA Tax Section Task Force on International Tax Reform. The Task Force, comprised of ten nationally recognized tax professionals, will study inversion transactions, competitiveness and foreign sales corporation issues.
