Tom Schendt Comments on Health Reimbursement Arrangement in Managing Benefits Plans

Tom Schendt is quoted in the September 1, 2002 issue of Managing Benefits Plan. He comments on the guidelines of the recently approved employer-funded health reimbursement arrangement by the Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service.

Tom is quoted as saying, "The health reimbursement arrangement gives the employee the ability to determine, plan, predict, and manage when certain types of medical expenses will be incurred."
