Chuck Young Authors Aviation Law Update for Preflight

Preflight, the State Bar of Georgia's Aviation Law Section newsletter, has published another article by Alston & Bird attorney Chuck Young. The Fall 2002 issue's "Aviation Law Update" features Mr. Young's discussion of two legal developments that demonstrate the continuing echoes of September 11: a new Georgia statute designed to tighten airport security, and a revised federal appellate opinon that raises Warsaw Convention issues with respect to security screeners' liability.
