The Independent Consultant has Published an Article by David Godofsky giving Practical Advice to Actuaries for Protecting Themselves from Claims of Malpractice

David Godofsky, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (F.S.A.) and a partner in the firm's highly-regarded Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group, has written an article entitled "Malpractice Claims: What You Can Do To Protect Yourself," that is published in The Independent Consultant, No. 1, pg. 6 (January 2003), a newsletter of the Smaller Consulting Firm Section of the Society of Actuaries. Alston & Bird is the only law firm in the country to have an admitted, practicing lawyer who is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (F.S.A.).
