Alston & Bird Ties for First in The American Lawyer Survey, "Who Counsels the Largest Private Companies"

Alston & Bird was recognized by The American Lawyer in their annual survey, “Who Counsels the Largest Private Companies,” by being named to the shortlist. A&B tied for first among the most number of mentions across the board. The publication surveyed the 250 companies appearing on the Forbes Largest Private Companies list, asking them to disclose their primary outside counsel for four areas of practice – general corporate, intellectual property, litigation, and labor and employment.
