50th Anniversary Edition of the Journal of Taxation Includes Article by Henry J. Birnkrant

Henry J. Birnkrant, a partner in the firm's International Tax group and co-leader of the Tax Section, is the author of "Transfer Pricing for Services Is Broadly Affected by New Prop. Regs., Mostly Not for the Better," which appears as the lead international article in the January 2004 issue of the Journal of Taxation. The January 2004 issue is the 50th Anniversary edition of the Journal (volume 100, no. 1). The article appears at page 8.
