Doug Hinson Quoted in CFO Magazine

Doug Hinson commented on class-action suits seeking retribution for 401(k) losses in the article "The Cost of Loyalty: Even now, Employees Still Invest Their 401(k)s in Company Shares. And They Still Sue if the Stock Goes South." Mr. Hinson explained, "The absence of clear legal parameters creates something of a free-for-all" for plaintiffs' attorneys in these cases.
