Product Liability Law & Strategy Publishes Article by Bob Mitchell and Josh Becker

Bob Mitchell’s and Josh Becker’s article “The Class Action Fairness Act: Implications for MDLs” ran in the September edition of Product Liability Law & Strategy. The article evaluates the applicability of CAFA (the Class Action Fairness Act) to MDLs (Multidistrict Litigation) given the number of recently created MDLs focusing on products liability claims (e.g. Accutante and Vioxx) and the number of similar MDLs that may be created in the near future.
