John Hickman was recently quoted in "Treasury Dept.'s HSA Comparability Guidance Could Allow More Contribution Flexibility" that appeared in the June 9, 2006, issue of Inside Consumer Directed Care. The article discussed the soon to be released HSA comparable contribution rules that are expected to provide employers with greater flexibility in setting HSA contributions.
